Today things go faster with internet, websites & blogs.
Go on your computer Google: pastry, chocolate, ice cream, bread etc … you will find recipes, pictures, demos, movies, anything you dream of.
Of course not everything is valuable on the internet. From now on I will post websites addresses that I think you (students) can rely on.
The purpose of most of those addresses will be to show students what happens in the pastry business worldwide. not that much of recipes but lots of pictures..... .
