ACF CEPC Recertification

ACF recertification is required every five years

Step 1: Fill out a Recertification Application(and pay). Ö

Step 2:

Provide the necessary documentation for your  80 Continuing Education Hours (CEHs). Ö (good to go with more than 250 CEHs)

They must include the number of hours taken and the date it was completed. Ö

take 8-hour refresher courses for Food Safety and Sanitation, Ö

8-hour refresher courses for Nutrition, Ö

8-hour refresher courses for Culinary Supervisory Management Ö

New country, new job with very highly skilled pastry chef and bakers, so far I still on training helping and trying products, but next year agenda start to be busy.I'll get back on that, for now enjoy some of this month seminar.

This is it, after 6 years I decided that it was time to move to something else. We will take some vacation and I'll start posting back on the blog in few months.....

Making some collage for a project I was digging in the pictures of the last 6 years and pull out some of the show piece work. They are all on the blog already but look neat like that all lined up together .
