Sugar work is something you do in a cool and dry environment… in some other word it’s hell to work with sugar in Houston!!!
Sugar art class come back every 10 weeks, poured sugar , poured sugar in ice, bubble sugar , rock sugar, pulled and blown sugar , the same show piece always, showing a maximum of technique to the students.
It’s not easy, but after few hours of hand-on , each student is able to do is own individual show piece, as a practice we did the one bellow as class work.
